kristen, nicole, kelley, and me! just missing our stacy!

while i was down in texas, my last weekend there my friends kristen and kelley flew in from dallas for a short visit. one thing i miss a lot are having all my good girlfriends around. the fab 5 was together all of high school and we've made some great memories over the years. i'm just still glad that we are all still friends even though we've all gone our separate ways. with kelley and kristen in fort worth, nicole in pittsburgh, me in provo, and stacy stuck in college station with fish camp, it was nice to have a semi reunion. too bad stacy couldn't make it, we missed her. but we still had a lot of fun. our friend adria from high school was in town too so we all had a girl's night together. first me, nicole, and houston drove to the airport to pick up kelley and kristen. then we drove back home, walked around town square, and finally settled on some pizookie at bj's (delish!!). saturday we spent the day doing a little shopping and helping kelley pick out centerpieces for her wedding! i'm so excited about kelley's wedding in december and it was fun to be able to help out a little bit. since i'm so far away, i kind of feel out of everything! (after all the food i ate on vacation i hope that bridesmaids dress still fits when it gets here!!) we took in a little lunch and the enormous whole foods market then just hung out and got ready for a night on the town. dinner at dolce vita and my all time favorite dessert place, chocolate bar, was a huge hit too! houston got to have a boys night with my dad, brother, and grandpa at the astro's game so i didn't feel too bad for leaving him. but he did miss me when i didn't get home until late.

girls, thanks for taking the time out of your schedules to see me!! i had a great time and can't wait for a real fab 5 reunion in december!!
